About Me

I am a technology leader, founder, and advisor with over 20 years of experience building and scaling ventures across Europe and the Middle East. My expertise spans backend programming (PHP, Python, Ruby on Rails), database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL), server configuration (AWS, Google Cloud, Digital Ocean), and advanced systems design for e-commerce, SaaS, and factory management. I have a strong foundation in Agile development and over a decade of experience creating and leading high-performing tech teams-guiding, coaching, and driving productivity.

My journey began in Poland, where I earned advanced degrees in Automatics and Robotics, Applied Computer Science, and Management. After early roles as a developer and project manager, I moved to the UK, delivering e-commerce solutions for major British brands. My entrepreneurial drive later brought me to the UAE, where I launched and grew digital businesses as CTO, founder, and advisor in fast-paced, multicultural environments.

As co-founder and CTO of The Cloud, I led growth and partnerships, building the technology that powers operations in eight international markets. I also founded NatWeb Solutions, delivering high-quality digital products and strategic advice to clients across the Gulf. Over my career, I have played a key role in raising over $33M for startups, building and leading teams of up to 150 people, and launching successful ventures such as Eyewa, The List, and Sprii.

Previously, I served as Vice Chairman of the Polish Business Council in Dubai, connecting Polish and international businesses, facilitating cross-border partnerships, and supporting founders in navigating new markets. Today, I am passionate about sharing my experience through coaching, mentorship, and hands-on advisory-helping others grow smarter, scale faster, and achieve lasting impact.
